Overview
DiagraFlow respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. Users are responsible for the diagrams, prompts, documents, uploads, exports, and shared materials they create or publish through the Service.
If you believe content available through DiagraFlow infringes your copyright, you may send a written notice to legal@diagraflow.com.
Copyright Notice Requirements
To help us process your request, include:
- Your full legal name, organization if applicable, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
- The exact DiagraFlow URL or enough information for us to locate the allegedly infringing content.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
Our Response
When we receive a complete notice, we may remove or disable access to the identified content, notify the account holder, request additional information, or decline the request if it is incomplete or does not appear to involve DiagraFlow-hosted content.
Counter-Notices
If your content was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, contact legal@diagraflow.com with your contact information, the removed content, and a clear explanation of why you believe the content should be restored.
Repeat Infringers
DiagraFlow may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe copyrights or repeatedly submit content that violates the rights of others.
